USEFUL INFORMATION: The village of Stoikite is located in the central part of Southern Bulgaria into the heart of Rhodopa Mountain, 85 km. away from the second biggest Bulgarian city – Plovdiv and 230 km. away from the capital Sofia, both cities supplied with airports. It is settled on 1300 – 1600 m. altitude, as it lays only 5 km. away from the most popular ski-resort in Bulgaria – Pamporovo. Scattered among 5 different hamlets and has preserved the authenticity of a real Rhodopean village and the Bulgarian national traditions and culture, the village of Stoykite attracts thousands of tourists and offers wonderful opportunities for rest and recreation in the atmosphere of the long past times. In the village one can see one of the most interesting Rhodopean churches – “St. St. Peter and Pavel”. From the yard of the church St. Nedelya you have a breathtaking view of the landscape looking toward Turlata Peak. Such a marvellous view can rarely be found anywhere else in the Rhrodopes. Above the village is the natural site called "Chernoka" where a group of 300+ year old Black pine trees can be seen.

Average air temperature during January, the coldest month of the year, is minus 3o C, while the negative ionisation of the crystal clear air is both a major longevity factor and a bulwark against winter colds.
The conditions for skiing will be significantly improved in the next couple of years, as there is the major ‘Perelik’ project, amounting to more than 500 million EUR, foreseeing construction of new 29.8 km. of ski tracks with all their facilities, additional to the present 18 km, as well as constructing a new airport. For the hunters the region offers a hunting reserve, located only 30 km away from the village, and of course there are the famous 11 Smolyan lakes as well as the numerous Rhodopean rivers for the fishermen.

• 10 % discount per apartment per year – 3 years’ advance payment;

Management service includes the following:
• Organising the internal order of the buildings and running the complex’s common facilities;
• Offering all kind of assistance to the owners to ensure their serene and undisturbed use of their respective homes and the complex as a whole;
• Technical maintenance of the common installations and equipment and of the building common parts, the sports and recreation centre, the ski-wardrobe, the lobby bar, the restaurant, the green areas, the parking lots and the yard;
• 24 h security of the complex;
Providing of good sanitary and hygienic conditions for the complex and the common parts of the building.
Payment Plan:
• Reservation fee – 200 GBP;
• 20 % /Twenty per cent/ from the stipulated price when the Preliminary Agreement is signed;
• 20 % /Twenty per cent/ from the stipulated price after completion of the third slab, in 15 /Fifteen/ days term after notifying the Buyer;
• 30 % /Thirty per cent/ from the stipulated price after completion of the roof construction, in 15 /Fifteen/ days term after notifying the Buyer;
