The complex is built up on 6 dca and includes a hotel building of three floors and a ground floor and seven small houses of eight rooms each and two apartments. The built-up area amounts to 7,790 sq.m. The complex is located very close to the beach. It is surrounded by a fence, and there is a parking with 24-hours security. A special premise is constructed for this purpose equipped with monitors to observe the parking and the entire village. Cameras are placed all over the place.

           The village has an entirely separate infrastructure. There is an electricity station to provide the electricity power necessary, telephone lines provided by the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company, a satellite TV system. 

           There is a pool in the middle of the complex with a part designed especially for children. The area around the pool is laid with Spanish granitogres, 40 lounges with tables are placed around the pool to be used freely by the hotel guests. An outside douche-cabin is constructed with an umbrella-like heading. The entire area of the hotel is well grassed with nicely shaped alleys and color spots.

            There are trees around the building of 1.50m height and 2 meters high palms are located around the pool. A modern automatic subterranean irrigating system is installed.  The hotel entrance is just in front of the pool.

                     The hotel is equipped with PVC joinery with interrupted thermostat, which allows high temperatures to be supported during the winter. A glass facade is hanging from the first to the third floor with a panoramic lift.

               The reception entrance has an automatic photocell. The floorings in the lobby are made of polished granitogres in two colors – brick and ecru stylishly combined in different patterns.

             The soft furniture has Italian cover in brick color, and the tables are colored in cherry and made of massive wood.

                The entire furniture at the reception is produced by the company Buldekor upon a special design. Sensors for automatic switch-on of the lights are installed in the corridors of the hotel. The reception is fully equipped with the most modern techniques, e.g. fax, telephone station, computers, monitors for observation, printers, etc.  

                  The premises for the accountant, manager and administration are immediately behind the reception desk. Each of the premises is equipped with modern techniques, office furniture and the necessary equipment.

            The floor is covered with Italian moquette and persiennes are placed on the windows. A fully equipped shop is located in the bottom of the corridor of the first floor. A lobby bar is located near the reception desk. It is equipped with furniture in cherry color produced by Buldekor with capacity of 25 sitting places. Also there is BBQ, which has capacity of 72 places, next to the pool. The main restaurant is on the left side, which has capacity of 60 places. 2 blocks of tables for hot and cold kitchen are placed in its center.

             The block-tables have modern design in the main color of the complex. The equipment of the restaurant and the kitchen is the currently most modern one, as the restaurant has all necessary electric appliances. Their allocation is made upon specially developed technical design responding to the requirements for a 4 stars hotel.

         The places on the territory of the hotel are equipped with touch screens, which facilitate the work of the waiters. The cutlery is WMF – high European class.

              There are warehouses and hygiene premises around the kitchen. A direct lift and a staircase lines the first floor with the ground floor wainscoted with Inox hand-rail. An Irish pub, a medical office, sauna, fitness, hygiene premises/elevator premise, premise for the electricity station, boiler, room where the equipment for the satellite TV and the telephone station is placed/WCs, bathrooms, and changing-rooms for the fitness and the sauna are located in the ground floor. The furniture of the Irish pub specially designed. It has capacity for 60 places. 

                 The medical office is fully equipped and furnished: it has a litter, cloak, medical cabinets, bed and a desk. The fitness is equipped with professional Kettler appliances – horizontal benches, gladiator, levers, loads different in shape and in weight, special flooring and a mirror wall. The sauna is Swedish production. 24 double rooms, 3 triples and 4 apartments are located on the first, second and the third floor.

                The equipment of each of the rooms is compliant with the requirements for a 4-stars hotel. The floor is covered by Italian moquette in sand color, the walls are decided in brick and ecru. The curtains are thick and thin treated against fire upon the European standards. The rooms’ equipment is entirely Italian. The beds are covered with bedspreads in the color of the curtains. 

             There is a sofa with mechanism with the same cover. The bathrooms have Italian terracotta in sand color and rustic friezes and motives. There are also douche-cabins. There is central air-conditioning in the entire hotel, a TV set with satellite TV, mini bar, wardrobe, Inox lamps, safe, power-saving appliances, fire-alarm and radio. The doors are equipped with electronic locks with chip-cards.

              The apartments are equipped in a similar way but they consist of two premises in one of which there is soft furniture with mechanism and a table.

               The rooms and the apartments have view to the sea. There are two large balconies on the third floor, which also have view to the sea.

            The premise near one of them is equipped as an Internet club with computer systems for access to the Internet, games in network, etc. The external and internal hand-rails of the hotel and the houses are Inox with three-layers non-breaking glass.

             The external facade is covered with silicon mineral coat suitable for the sea climate. The seven houses are identical as architecture and location. With large balconies with view to the sea. A spiral external staircase leads to the entrance of each of the rooms and the apartments. The houses have air-conditioner and the same equipment as the rooms in the hotel.
