The Congress will be the international platform for dialogue, debates, develop solutions in various aspects of international cooperation in the Black Sea region in the name of economic development, social stability and growth, and sustainable development. The Congress will discuss economic development; establish contacts in the business environment, industry development, education, tourism in the Black Sea region.
